2024 anyone???

Two days ago I ended up something I really enjoyed… It started all one year ago, we met because we have this one friend who talks to both of us. We started talking about everything A LOT and I was so happy to feel good near a man (I have some trouble with them) we shared a lot about ourselves or at least I trusted him and opened up a lot. It was a really good friend for me and I didn’t want to ruin anything. Last night we kissed and ended up making out, he tried to do something more but I wasn’t ready (again, bad things with men) he understood me and took me home… I was so confused because it was only a friend for me and I mean it when I say that I didn’t want to ruin things between us. We talked about it and I was pretty sure about the no seggs thing because I started to really like him like a very good friend. He straight up said to me that we aren’t friends and we can stop here. We stopped talking like we don’t even know each other. I felt bad because I trusted him and now I feel like I overshared to a stranger. I do not hate him but I am going through some bad trust issues with men, I can’t talk to men seems like they want always the same thing from me, I’m not even experienced because I’m literally scared of it. At least I stopped losing time with him.

My best friend of almost 6 years from 4th grade to 10th grade he’s just 2 years older to me we both used to play professional tennis and that’s how we met and we instantly became best friends, he moved to the US 2 years ago and his mom got diagnosed with cancer and she recently passed away about a month ago 😭, he was in depression ever since his mom got cancer, his dad divorced his mom after he find out she had cancer and now on may 2nd 2024 my best friend died due to suicide in the US and the last thing he told me before he left was “see I won’t be there for you always take care and be safe and gave a nazar anklet” it’s been a month since he passed away and I miss him everyday 😭😭😭

Here is my story. When I was younger, around the age of 6-7, up until that year, I had no friends, people did not like me for who I was, and I was shy from the traumatic rejecting experiences I had, too, so I struggled with making friends, when I was around 6-7, though, things changed, a nice half Dutch, half Vietnamese girl invited me to play with her, and her friends, I was so shy, did not know what to do, my parents at that time were also desperately wanting me to make friends at that time, because they have heard some stories from my 1st grade teachers about how they saw me just sitting on a bench and doing nothing, not talking to anybody, making eye contacts with anybody, communicate with anybody, they felt bad, so, I accepted her offer and became friends with her in 1st grade, that year was great, having friends was something I never experienced before, it became a lifestyle I would like to get use to, but looking back now, those girls were probably forced to invite me to play with them during class time and recesses from the teachers that told my parents all about their concerns for me, because, during 2nd grade, some girls from that friend group left, and some girls that were still in our school, completely ghosted me! I felt hurt, sad, lonely, alone, it was like not having friends was destined for me, I would love it if I could be able to go back in time, and tell my younger-self that everything would be okay, and that I would find friends that actually appreciated me, that actually played with me for who I am, who trusted me, who gave me the years of my life during elementary school, and middle school, and that I did not have to worry about anything. It was hard to overcome those challenges as a 2nd grader, but I persevered, and overcame it, anyways. My current friends now appreciates me, and the experiences I have had gave me more strength, experiences, understanding, and perseverence for my future other social challenges. I hope my story can inspire you, to try your best, and keep believing in your goals, if you just persevere, and try hard enough, if you just believe, and trust in yourself, you will achieve, and accomplish your goals, and your dreams.
